Welcome!
I’m Janet Nicol, a certified Mind-Body Integrative Wellness Coach and Somatic Practitioner. I blend traditional coaching techniques with body-based practices to help women reach their personal, professional and creative goals.
At the heart of my practice is the wisdom of the four elements—Earth, Air, Fire, and Water—which I use to understand where you are now and to map your path forward.
During our sessions, we will go beyond conversation, incorporating movement, breathwork, mindfulness, sound, ritual, somatic techniques, creative expression, and nature-based practices.
My approach is designed to turn insight into action, helping you move forward with purpose and clarity, integrating the wisdom of the Four Elements.
What The Elements Represent
My approach to coaching is grounded in the belief that mind, body, spirit and emotions must be nourished and integrated into our lives to reach our full potential and goals.
Earth - Body
Earth connects us to our physical bodies through mindful movement, deep rest, nourishment and time spent in nature.
Fire -Mind
Fire ignites passion, transformation, and the courage to express our truth through creative practices, breathwork, and bold self-expression.
Water - Emotions
Water nurtures flow, intuition, and emotional healing and reminds us to let go, adapt, and deepen our connection.
Air - Spirit
Air invites clarity, freedom, and expansiveness, activating our imagination and intuition.
I offer one-on-one Coaching Sessions
In-person sessions will be available in Ottawa
Virtual Sessions anywhere else.
